1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExamSixer ("the Platform") at examsixer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. About ExamSixer

ExamSixer is an online exam preparation platform offering mock tests, study materials, and resources for TNPSC (Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission) examinations including Group 2, Group 2A, Group 4, and VAO. Our services include free weekly mini tests, paid study packages, and a course delivery platform hosted on Moodle.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use ExamSixer. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Paid study packages are offered on a subscription or one-time payment basis as described on the offerings page.
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed via UPI or other supported payment methods. We do not store card details.
  • Free trial access is provided for a limited period as specified at the time of sign-up.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods or after course materials have been accessed.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamSixer — including mock test questions, study materials, explanations, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of ExamSixer or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission. Access to content is granted solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute ExamSixer content or account access.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

9. Referral Programme

ExamSixer offers a referral programme where you may earn a commission for referring new paying subscribers. Referral rewards are subject to the terms communicated at the time of the referral offer and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Fraudulent referrals will result in account termination.

10. Disclaimers

ExamSixer is an independent preparation platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TNPSC or the Government of Tamil Nadu. Exam dates, syllabi, and notifications are provided for informational purposes only. Always verify official information at tnpsc.gov.in.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that use of ExamSixer will result in selection or success in any examination.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExamSixer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or failure to achieve expected exam results.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of ExamSixer after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ExamSixer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
